1. Payment Gateway Fees

  • All setup fees, subscription fees, and transaction charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for failed transactions will be processed according to the payment provider’s policy.

2. Transaction Cancellations

  • Successful Transactions: Once a payment is processed, it cannot be canceled.
  • Pending Transactions: If a transaction is pending due to a technical issue, it may be automatically canceled.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only applicable under the following cases:

  • Duplicate transaction processing
  • Incorrect charge due to technical error
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (subject to verification)

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Our team will verify your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • If you dispute a charge, contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank.
  • We may suspend accounts with excessive disputes.
